What we collect when you contact us or book a place, why we need it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Bulls on Watch

Your name, email address, the route and date you want, and anything you tell us about diet, fitness or medical needs so a guide can plan for it. We also record basic technical data such as browser type and the pages you open.

Cow Herd Walk

• To confirm your place and send route notes before departure
• To reach you quickly if a date or a meeting point changes
• To let your guide prepare for medical or dietary needs
• To send updates you have asked to receive, and nothing else

Farming the Land

Only the guide leading your trip and the providers we need to run it. We do not sell your details and we do not pass them to advertisers.

Hay Row

We use cookies to remember your preferences and to see which routes people read most. You can block them in your browser.

Straw Piles

Ask and we will show you what we hold, correct it or delete it. Write through the contact page and we will confirm when it is done.
